What's included
- 60-minute kickoff call with you (or your board chair / treasurer) on Zoom. Walk through the roster, policies, and payment setup.
- Roster import — we take your existing spreadsheet (any format) and load up to 200 households + their primary contacts. No re-typing.
- Membership tier setup — we configure your tiers, dues amounts, and apply-form pricing exactly the way your bylaws read.
- Policy customization — pool rules, guest policy, party policy, babysitter policy, waiver. We pre-load defaults and customize for your club.
- Payments wiring — Stripe Connect onboarding done live on the call. Venmo handle set. Test charge run end-to-end so you know it works.
- Board admin invites — your treasurer, secretary, and whoever else needs access gets invited with the right permissions.
- First test application — we'll submit a sample apply-form so you see what your members will see and so you're not the first one to find a bug.
- Email template review — your top 5 outgoing emails ("we got your application", "you're approved", "dues reminder", etc.) reviewed and tweaked to sound like you, not us.
- 7-day follow-up call — 30 minutes a week later to fix anything broken and answer the new questions that always come up.
- 14-day priority support — for two weeks after setup, your tickets jump to the front of the line.
Why this exists: setting up a club system takes 4-12 hours of board time. That's a weekend you don't get back. $500 is what your board would pay a tax preparer for a single return — and you get a fully functional club instead of "we'll figure it out next month."

Do you do this for every club?
No — only the first 25 clubs while I'm refining the playbook. After that I'll either raise the price or hire it out. Get it now if you want it.
What if my roster is in a weird format?
Doesn't matter. Wild Apricot export, Member Splash dump, Excel, Google Sheets, even a Word document. If you can email it to me, I can import it.
Can we do this AFTER we're already set up?
Yes — but the highest-value version is at the very start, before you've made decisions you have to undo. If you're stuck mid-setup, email hello@poolsideapp.com and we'll figure out the right scope.

Larger imports are $500 + $1 per household past 200. Email me before purchasing — we'll send you a custom checkout link.
