MENGQI-CONTROL HXC-7000 Keyfob System
VERIFIED
ESP32 Wiegand sniffer + Raspberry Pi bridge that talks HTTP to MENGQI-CONTROL HXC-7000 TCP/IP keyfob panels (firmware ≥ 2.4). Pre-configured hardware ships from us; tenant plugs it in and the bridge phones home.
Tested with: Bishop Estates Cabana Club (panel firmware 2.4.7, 84 fobs in rotation).
Promote a request to a template
Templates start as Compatibility requests. Once you've integrated a new panel kind on real hardware and it works at a pilot tenant, promote it here so future clubs with the same panel get the one-click experience.

📋 Review checklist when a request lands
- Triage — is this protocol something we can speak? (TCP/IP HTTP yes, OSDP feasible, Bluetooth-only RFID probably no.)
- Risk assessment — vendor's documentation? closed-source binary? prior art on GitHub? Estimated dev time.
- Quote — pick: (a) Decline · (b) Accept at standard $250+$25 if you're confident · (c) Custom quote $500–$2,000+ for new development
- Pilot — when accepted, schedule on-site visit. Test on tenant's actual panel. Get sign-off.
- Promote — once working, promote the request to a Verified Template so future clubs with the same panel are one-click.

📋 Provisioning workflow
- Requested → tenant clicked "Request integration." Stripe Checkout link sent automatically.
- Paid → setup fee landed. Bridge appears in your queue here.
- Provisioning → flash Pi with bridge code, embed tenant_id + auth token, sticker-label, box.
- Shipped → click Mark Shipped, paste tracking number. Tenant gets email with setup guide.
- Active → bridge auto-detects tenant on first connect, status flips to active. Members can unlock.
